About Parish Law
Defined by experience. Driven by precision.
A boutique litigation firm built for catastrophic injury and product liability cases where every detail matters.
Parish Law was founded to provide a boutique legal experience for individuals facing serious, life-altering injuries. The firm is built on a simple idea: when the stakes are highest, clients deserve personalized, professional, and transparent representation— handled with care, precision, and respect.
The practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and product liability matters, including wrongful death, vehicle crashes, defective products, and premises liability. Each case is approached with a deliberate strategy and a commitment to understanding the full impact of an injury.

About Danny Parish
Danny Parish is the founder and managing partner of Parish Law. Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Memphis before obtaining his law degree from the University of Miami.
After law school, Danny began his legal career in Knoxville with Dunn, MacDonald & Reynolds, where he represented clients in state and federal courts across East Tennessee at both the trial and appellate levels. This early experience built a strong foundation in litigation and courtroom strategy.
In 2017, Danny joined Wolff Ardis, P.C. in Memphis, where he worked under nationally recognized product liability attorney Patrick M. Ardis. During his time there, Danny represented injured clients across 13 states and secured significant recoveries in complex cases involving major corporations and national manufacturers.
His work has included cases against companies such as Ford, Toyota, General Motors, Chrysler/FCA, and Kroger, requiring deep technical understanding, thorough preparation, and a disciplined approach to case development.
Today, Danny brings more than 15 years of trial experience to Parish Law, combining product liability depth with a boutique model designed for personal attention and thoughtful advocacy. He has been recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as “Best of the Bar” and named a Top 100 attorney by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Danny is licensed to practice law throughout Tennessee and is an active member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Attorney’s Information Exchange Group (AIEG), where he serves on the Board of Directors.
Outside of his practice, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife, Sally, and their two children, Deacon and Nola. He is an avid supporter of Memphis Tigers athletics and volunteers his time coaching youth basketball.
“To me, practicing law is about giving someone the respect, support and voice they deserve. I do not take lightly the role I am honored to play in helping to change my clients lives for the better.”
